We are extremely pleased to announce version 4.0 of the Dialawg system!

Through the past years we have watched our system evolve to continue meeting the needs of our customers. Not too long ago a very clear path presented itself, and we mobilized to meet the challenge. Dialawg allowed you to compose secure messages and upload files securely. You could attach files to messages and have threaded conversations, but it became clear that one big thing was missing from all of this communication: context. With a complete revamp of the system (making things more efficient, learning from past design mistakes, and deleting about 40,000 lines of code in the process) we arrived at version 4.0 and are very pleased with the results.

 

Start a Dialawg

1. After signing into your account, click the big green button to "Start a Dialawg."
2. Now just add messages and drop in files to create a cumulative, running conversation on a single topic.
3. Add others to participate at any time even if they don't have a Dialawg account. Maybe you've had a Dialawg ongoing for 6 months and you're finally ready to add your boss to the conversation. She will immediately get access to everything you've been working on.
4. At any time, finalize the Dialawg to prevent further edits or download a PDF audit for proof of exactly what has transpired.

Free Is Always Good

We believe in building a great product and then asking our customers to pay for it. This means that our customers' needs drive the evolution of the product--not advertising dollars. We also realize how valuable it is for our customers to be able to communicate easily with whomever they like, even if those folks aren't ready to pay for a Dialawg subscription.

Basic Dialawg accounts are now completely free. There are limitations (such as being able to create a maximum of 5 new Dialawgs each month), but this means that our paying customers can rest assured when they invite others to participate in their Dialawgs, those people won't be required to open their wallets or worry about a free trial expiring. Premium accounts are available starting at just $3 a month.
