We are excited about real-time chat, which is now an available feature for everyone using Dialawg. Now, if two or more of your participants are online at the same time, a chat appears so that all participants can communicate in real-time. If someone isn't online at the moment, they'll get all caught up with the full text of the chat whenever they check their account. As with every piece of communication in your Dialawg, chats are fully trackable by simple downloading the audit PDF report at any time (see image 2 above for an example). 

Anyone using Outlook®, an iPhone®, or other mail clients to download their account activity will see a link that they can click to join the chat in progress.
